Commision Policies

Communication Policy:

Message me on Discord(IceTimeAdventures) if you are interested in a commission.

Plese be ready to discuss your turn around time, detailed description of your commission, payment methods, and more.

Over the course of the commission, I will stay in contact with you and send you progress updates.

I do have fulltime employment and family, please know that if I do not IMMEDIATELY respond to you it is due to one of those two things and I will do my best to respond ASAP.

Payment Policy:

If paying in Robux, payment MUST be made upfront and will be through a custom game pass.

if paying in USD, only 50% of the payment is due upfront. I will then do the work and show you the final product. If you are happy with the work and ready to complete the order, you will then pay the 2nd half of the payment and I will deliver the files.

Revision Policy:

All orders will include up to two(2) revisions! Upon seeing the final product, if you would like to have some changes made you will have two opportunities. Please be as specific as possible in any revisions you would like in order to help me fulfil your request. Once you approve the final product, no more changes will be made.

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

No refunds will be given.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to making the final payment, no problem! However, your down payment will NOT be refunded, and you will not receive any files.
